FAQ'S

Where is my order?  All orders are shipped from our San Diego, Califronia warehouse with in 7 business days. Confirrmation e-mail will be sent once your order is placed. Additional e-mails will be sent once order is shipped and delivered.

Where is my tracking number? Tracking number can be found in your e-email after your order has been shipped. Please allow 7 business days for your order to be shipped and 48 hours for tracking information to update.

What is the return policy?  All sales are final.

How do I cancel my order?  You may request a cancellation but it is not guaranteed. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may not be possible.

Please note that if your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

What do I do if I received the wrong item(s)?  Hopefully this does not happen! If you do receive the wrong item(s), please contact us at contact@trusttheuniversethebrand.com within 5 days of receiving the incorrect items, and allow up to 72 hours for our customer service representatives to get back to you.

All items must be returned in their original state (Not damaged, unused, etc.)
